Acting on complaints and demands of the citizens of the settlements "Crvena Zvezda", it was introduced with a night operation of municipal inspectors and associates.

ETNO TURISM AND THE PROMOTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE

Under the auspices of Municipality of Palilula, equestrian club "Nonius" in the Gornje Medjurovo, organized the tourist-cultural event "Lazarići" for the sixth consecutive year.Lazarus Saturday and Palm Sunday holiday are marking the week before Easter. The custom is to this day the young are giving each other flowers, so the participants' of Lazarice "from early morning were going to households in Medjurovo and one group of children was gathering flowers and garlands rules. During this time, participants competed in preparing fish soup, fans of equestrian sports and nature, were gathered.

IN THE NICK OF TIME FOR NATURE

DAY OF NATURE – 11th of April, was celebrated in elementary school "Kole Rasic" in Nis, under the auspices of Municipality of Palilula and with the support of the Media ecological network of Serbia "EKOpolis", with final ecological activity titled "IN THE NICK OF TIME FOR NATURE".On this occasion, the President of Municipality of Palilula Boban Džunić planted in the school yard tree seedlings, and this act was joined by Milos Stojkovic, President of Municipal assembly, and Sasa Tončev, director of elementary school "Kole Rasic".

RECEPTION OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS FROM FRANCE AND AUSTRIA

Boban Dzunic, president of municipality of Palilula, received a delegation of students and teachers from schools HAK HAS, Ybbs in Austria and the "Lycee de L' Authie" from the city Dulene (Doullens) in France, which are from 07th of April guests of Grammar school "Svetozar Markovic". On this occasion, president handed welcome PASSPORT, welcoming guests and introduced them to the work of the municipality. "Palilula Municipality has exercised decentralized cooperation with France for several years. It is a form of cooperation that is primarily intended for informing people, governance, culture and people of the local government, stated President Džunić.

DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IS A STRATEGIC PRIORITY OF THE MUNICIPALITY

At the 15th International Tourism and active rest Fair, which was organized in the "Cair" hall in Nis, traditionally Palilula Municipality presented its tourism potentials. Exhibition area of municipality of Palilula was visited in this event by Boban Dzunic, president of municipality with associates. Palilula Municipality is located in the southern part of the city of Nis and includes a narrow part of the city in which the fan draws 15 villages, with a population over 90,000. Palilula is natural geographical combination of plain (in Nisava basin and the South Morava) and mountainous terrain. One of the strategic decisions of Palilula is the tourism and hospitality industry.
